Potato Soup

Creamy Potato Soup---I'm hungry

Ingredients:

10 medium potatoes, peeled and diced to 1/2-inch cubes
2 tsp. celery seed
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 medium onion, chopped
1/2 stick butter
1 can evaporated milk
salt and pepper

Method:

Cover potatoes and onions in large pan with water, making sure water level is 2 inches above vegetables; boil until cooked. Add butter, milk and seasonings. Mash with potato masher until fine. Cover and let simmer for 20 minutes.
